I would also ask that when I need your services in the future you send the same plumber. He was great, polite, professional and knew his trade. He is a credit to your company.

    Lynn Moses Plumbing was recommended by 2 different people. You looked at our little job of original mid-century parts and with no excuses, took it on. And scheduling was amazingly prompt. Thank You! We’ll be calling again.

    Fabulous service! But we can’t figure out how to pay our bill. We use plastic exclusively and don’t use checks or cash. There is no way to submit a credit card payment on your invoice which, by the way, has my husband’s name spelled wrong. We called, but only received a voicemail about how to schedule service.

      Thank you for you comments! We should do a better job of explaining how we accept payment. Also, we consider misspelling someone’s name tacky and we apologize for doing so. Thank you for your business!

    Todd and Lisa are absolutely fantastic to work with. Lisa was very prompt with getting Todd out to my house to have him draw up an estimate. Todd was very professional and knowledgeable. When it came time to do the work they were great. Dominic was at my house right at the time he said he would be and wasted no time getting my water softener and R.O. installed. All in all that kind of customer service is hard to come by these days. They guaranteed that I will forever be a loyal customer.

    I’m over at Greater Peoria Pet Resort and I believe his name was Todd that came to look at my pipes. I had called because I thought that we could have pipes starting to freeze. They were very friendly and helping to get me squeezed in to get the place checked out because we do have people pets here. They make you a priority!! He checked the pipes and everything and we didn’t have frozen pipes but he did find another issue that I never would of even guessed would happen. He was so knowledgeable to tell me what was wrong but also to let me know that they don’t specialize in the issue that I am having.
    I can not thank you enough for you generosity. I tried to leave a tip but he was so kind and told me to keep it and go get myself lunch with it.
    This was my first time using this company but I am sure I will ALWAYS recommend you guys and always use you guys with home problems as well.
    Once again, THANK YOU SO MUCH.
